First of all download "TCPOptimizer" really a wonderful program from web.

After the download is complete follow these simple steps:
*Start the program and go to settings and after this go to "cable modem" or "dsl" whatever you have.
*Go to MaxMTU and set it to 1500 this is optimal anything above this will not work as well.
